1. GENERAL RULES

1.1 All players with more than 50k power must belong to a Clan that complies with ROE.
1.2 All Clans must include in their Clan description: “We follow ROE K257” in order to be protected.
1.3 Players without a Clan and with more than 50k power are not protected.
1.4 New players with less than 50k power without a Clan are protected by default.
  

2. ATTACKS

2.1 Attacking players during peacetime is prohibited unless:
- They do not belong to a Clan protected by ROE.
- They are officially declared Outlaws.
- It is a coordinated attack (CP exchange).

2.2 Any infraction will result in legal retaliation or compensation.
2.3 Scouting is considered an attack.
2.4 All players may be attacked in COT.
2.5 There is no restriction on the number of attacks per player.
2.6 Clan marches are illegal except for CP exchange, attacks against outlaws, or Clans declared outlaws.
  

3. TERRITORY AND RESOURCES

3.1 Clan buildings are fully protected. Any attack on Clan buildings will result in Outlaw status.
3.2 Resources within Clan territory belong to that Clan. Intruders may be attacked (warning the player beforehand is recommended).
3.3 Dragon Mounds, Tar Springs, and Gold Mines within Clan territory belong to the Clan; intruders may be attacked without warning.
3.4 Crypts, monsters, and citadels are free for all, even inside Clan territory.
3.5 Rare crypts belong to the player who unlocked them.
  

4. NATURAL RESOURCES

4.1 All basic resources (wood, stone, iron, food, silver, dragon mounds, and springs) in the wild follow the “first come, first served” rule.
4.2 Each player may hold a maximum of 1 DM/1 WS for 24 hours.
Exceeding this limit allows the Royal Guard to attack without compensation.
4.3 Dragon mounds and springs must be registered in the corresponding Registration chats.
The entire mound must be registered to assist the Royal Guard in case of infractions.
If a player registers a resource, the entire Clan may use that registration until it is completed.
4.4 It is forbidden to attack occupied tiles unless:
- The tile is occupied by an outlaw.
- The occupant has registered more than 1 mound in 24 hours, or occupies 2+ mounds at the same time (registered or not).
4.5 Resources created by a player belong only to that player.
  

5. PORTALS

5.1 Types of portals:
- Clan Portal: inside Clan territory, always protected.
- Event Portal: near epic monsters; protected during and after the event.
- Hostile Portal:
  • Within 5 tiles of Clan territory.
  • Used for any illegal attack.
  • Used for any attack during COT except the portal inside the Clan.

5.2 During peacetime all portals are protected except hostile portals.
5.3 During COT:
- Clan portals remain protected.
- Hostile portals may be attacked.
- Clan marches against hostile portals are allowed.
  

6. TAXES

6.1 Players with excess Gold Ingots may be attacked by the Royal Guard.
6.2 Limits:
- Levels 1–14: 5K ingots
- Levels 15–19: 10K ingots
- Levels 20–24: 15K ingots
  

7. OUTLAWS

7.1 Declared solely and exclusively by the Tribunal.
7.2 Outlaws lose all protection.
7.3 Anyone may attack outlaws without penalty.
7.4 Clans harboring outlaws become outlaw Clans if they do not resolve the outlaw player’s situation within 24 hours.
  

8. COMPENSATION

8.1 Compensation is in Silver or 1 retaliatory attack (not both).
8.2 Sample unit costs:
- Archers/Spearmen/Swordsmen
  • Level 1–2: 200 per unit
  • Level 3–4: 400 per unit
  • Level 5: 600 per unit
- Cavalry
  • Level 1–2: 400 per unit
  • Level 3–4: 800 per unit
  • Level 5–6: 1100 per unit
- Siege
  • Level 1: 1200 per unit
  • Level 2: 1800 per unit
  • Level 3: 2400 per unit
  • Level 4: 1500 per unit
- Spies
  • Level 1: 600 per unit
  • Level 2: 900 per unit
  • Level 3: 1200 per unit
  • Level 4: 1500 per unit
- Epic Mercenaries
  • Level 5: 200 per unit
  • Level 6: 800 per unit
  • Level 7: 1000 per unit
- Monsters
  • Emerald Dragon: 6700
  • Water Elemental: 2900
  • Stone Gargoyle: 7600
  • Battle Boar: 5700

8.3 If no units are lost, city-level compensation applies:
- Levels 1–10: 200K silver
- Levels 11–15: 500K silver
- Levels 16–20: 1M silver
- Levels 21–25: 2M silver
8.4 Portal loss: 2M silver.
8.5 Compensation rates are reviewed by judges.
  

9. TRIBUNALS

9.1 Tribunals resolve conflicts after 24 hours of failed diplomacy.
9.2 Judges are appointed from different Clans to ensure impartiality.
9.3 Only leaders or diplomats may present cases to the Tribunal.
9.4 Judges have the authority to authorize actions by the Royal Guard.
  

10. FINAL NOTES

10.1 All rules apply unless otherwise announced during global events.
10.2 These rules will be updated when necessary.
10.3 Palace titles will be granted by the King at his discretion depending on the duties of the recipient.
